How do I place my order?

When viewing an item, first select the size from the drop down menu located next to the product image, then click 'add to cart'. A window will appear confirming your selection. From here you can either click one of the navigation links at the top of the page to continue shopping or go straight to the checkout to pay for your order. For wholesale or large orders, please e-mail for more information.

How can I pay?

This site uses Paypal as a safe and secure method of payment. Paypal is an internationally recognised online transaction service, giving you the benefits of fraud protection and simplicity of use. Alternatively, if you don't have a Paypal account, you can pay by credit or debit card at the checkout.

What is your returns policy?

Hidden Moves accepts returns if notified within seven days of receipt of your item. If there is a physical fault with your purchase or you have received the incorrect item, you must report the fault / error as soon as possible and return your purchase within 7 days (UK) or 14 days (international). If you return an item of clothing, it must be returned in its original condition with any tags still attached.

Please take care to pack the item well as a refund cannot be issued if it returns damaged. Any costs incurred in returning an item cannot be refunded. For returns information, please e-mail stating your invoice number, contact details and reason for return.

How do I know if my t-shirt will fit?

When viewing the product page for the t-shirt you want, click on the Sizes tab for general sizing information. Please note, these measurements are only a guide and may vary slightly.

Can you deliver worldwide?

Hidden Moves ships internationally to most destinations with Royal Mail. Delivery is usually made within 1 week (UK), or 2-4 weeks (worldwide). The cost of delivery is displayed at the checkout stage of your order. There may be additional taxes that require payment when you receive your order depending on the import regulations in your country. Royal Mail does not deliver to P.O. boxes. If you have any questions about delivery, please e-mail before placing your order.

Can I track my order?

To lower costs to you, tracked delivery is currently not available; however, Royal Mail is an extremely reliable mail carrier and it is very rare that an item does not reach its destination. How much are your items in USD / Euros etc.?

For your convenience, a link to Google's currency converter has been added to the Worldwide Delivery tab on each product page. Please note that this conversion should only be used as a guide and may differ slightly to the actual total at the checkout.
