How do I order an item?
When viewing an item, click 'add to cart' next to the image (for t-shirts, first select your size from the drop down menu). A window will appear confirming your selection. From here you can either click 'continue shopping' to add more items or go straight to the checkout to pay for your order.

How can I pay?
This site uses Paypal as a safe and secure method of payment. Paypal is an internationally recognised online transaction service, giving you the benefits of fraud protection and simplicity of use. Alternatively, if you don't have a Paypal account you can pay by credit card at the checkout.
Do you have a returns policy?
Hidden Moves accepts returns only if there is a physical fault with your purchase or you have received the wrong item. You must report the fault / error immediately and return the item within 7 days (UK) or 14 days (international). If you return an item of clothing, it must be returned unworn, unwashed and with any tags still attached so a replacement can be despatched as soon as possible.
Please take care to pack the item well as a refund cannot be issued if it returns damaged. Any costs incurred in returning an item cannot be refunded. For returns information, please click here to e-mail, stating clearly your invoice number, contact details and reason for return.
If I buy a t-shirt, how do I know if it will fit?
While on the main store page, click on the t-shirt you are interested in and a larger, more detailed page will appear. Approximate sizes are displayed beside each item on these pages. Please note, these measurements are only a guide and may vary slightly from t-shirt to t-shirt.
Can you deliver worldwide?
Hidden Moves ships internationally to most destinations with Royal Mail. Delivery is usually made within 7 days (UK), or 14 days (international). Currently, delivery is free on all orders. There may be additional tax that requires payment when you receive your order depending on the customs laws at your address. Royal Mail does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
